As a broker resident, I am a big advocate of the benefits of living in this part of Oakland. Ranch style villas and mansion style homes in this area are plenty. Some have 180 degrees view of the beautiful San Francisco bay. Access to the trails and great sense of community makes this area one of the coolest places to live.
