The Bay Area is a great place to own rental property, but it can be challenging to safely and effectively navigate the market and the legal guidelines.  Our primary responsibility is to the landlords that we work with. Our focus on providing consistently excellent service has allowed us to develop strong relationships with landlords located across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We focus on providing up front leasing services for residential units, mainly single-family homes and condominiums. We do not manage properties. 

We advise landlords on upgrades and other changes to their properties that enable them to get the most return on their investment. In addition, our marketing services, including photography and video production, are a fundamental part of the suite of services that we provide to landlords to attract the best tenants. By bringing high quality tenants and landlords together we strive to create a situation that makes the ongoing management of the property as seamless and successful as possible, whether the landlord manages the property directly or hires a property management company.

 

We make the all-important tenant selection process simple for our landlords through our comprehensive screening system that includes the review and verification of background checks, employment, income, rental histories, credit scores, W2s, tax returns, and references. We believe a well-qualified tenant is far more likely to pay rent on time (and in full) every month.
