Raised in a family with a passion for real estate, an eye for beauty, and highly experienced with numbers and deals, Megan finds great satisfaction in being a Real Estate broker. She is committed to delighting her clients and strives for excellence in her work.  Indeed, her business is driven by client satisfaction and by referrals from those happy clients and friends who know her.

She started her career in the mortgage banking industry in the Bay Area in 2000, and lead a high producing team at Bank of America and JPM Chase Private bank for almost 15 years. She was exposed to, and intimately engaged with, a vast range of buyers and sellers, midsize to large builders, housing authorities, and small to large investors. 

She understood their demands and requirements throughout the process.  She became familiar with first-time and move-up home buyers, sellers of all ranges, appraisal and inspection issues, and understood that everybody wanted more transparency in the process.   She sums up those years: “throughout my 15-year career in banking, I noticed a lot of frustration from buyers and sellers who were left to interpret tax conscequences, legal liabilities, inspection reports, disclosures, prelims, appraisals, and other documents on their own.”    As Megan puts it: “Real Estate transactions are the largest purchase/sale that majority of people do in their lives. Other than having a fiduciary duty to my clients, I want to be of value to my clients. If I don’tknow the answer, I want to put my clients in touch with an expert in that field who could answer their questions.”

Over the course of years, she created a mixed team of professionals partners such as tax advisors, real estate attorneys, financial advisors, architects and general contractors and other valuable experts that can provide professional service and advice that is taylored to her client needs and budget.
