Sound Bath and Elevated Consciousness

The real voyage of discovery is not in seeking new lands but seeing with new eyes
— Marcel Proust

A sound bath is an hour-long retreat that anyone can experience. While its effectiveness can vary from person to person, recent research suggests that the practice can help reduce stress hormones, improve sleep, alleviate pain, and enhance mood. To participate, you'll need a good headset, an eye mask, a yoga mat or any comfortable flat surface, a pillow, and a cover to keep warm. I hope this practice benefits you as much as it has benefited others. Namaste!

Sound Bath, getting in touch with your senses.

We are taught to believe that there are limited resources around us, we are conditioned to compare and compete, and this leads us to a state of isolation and deprivation. Awakening to kindness and abundance in the world gets us to a state of pure joy.

We are programmed to be the best and finish first even if it's not an alignment with our values and our heart’s truth. We begin to see other’s success as threat.  As if there is just not enough room for everyone to win. The abundance is around us everywhere, in nature, in grocery store and in the heart of those who truly love us. Today focus on limitless infinite abundance around you and choose to see the world as a place where all can explore their unique talents and succeed.

What lights you up passionately than anything else in your life? Listen to whatever comes to your mind right away; these are signs of your true desire and ultimately your destiny. We are here to fulfill our purpose in this world and our desire directs us to our purpose. Passion is the free flow of energy that can lead us to our deepest desire.

Ever noticed the high energy and pure joy you get when you work towards what you are passionate about? This pure joy is the sign that you are aligned with your destiny. Yet we have buried our passion so deeply that we are no longer aware of their existence. Yet as we grow up, we conclude that following our desires will not get us anywhere in life. Spirit does not put limit on your joy it is ego that tells us you are not worthy.

Every day is an opportunity for transformation. When we lose when we thought it was a perfect relationship, or when a job that defined us for 20 years is gone, or the people that we counted on turn their backs on us, we are taking a step forward. These are the times that instead of being reactive we should take a step back become quiet and take the present moment as a chance to observe, get still and find the gifts in the problem facing us.

When everything is moving as we wish and planned it's easy to feel in harmony. But there are moments and times that things will not go our way or the way we wished for, and we become angry or stressed. We may find a situation as unfair or doubt ourselves. It is through times of turmoil that we can benefit the most for shift of perception; What appeared as a disaster has indeed has cleared the way for transformation.

In our lives probably we can think of instances or situations that things went wrong on every way but ended in a way that we couldn't possibly dream up. Through resilience, we open ourselves to endless possibilities because a gift resides in every moment.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the differences.
— Robert Frost

If we pay attention to our emotional GPS and the loyal voice within us, we would be able to follow the cues and get to our true desires we need to follow our intuitions. One of the keys to powerful intentions is to focus on what we want rather than what we don't want. The quality of focus must be positive. Each choice that we’ve made in life has brought us to this place, this moment, that absolute beauty exists. Deepak Chopra says: “finding our purpose or Dharma requires setting intentions.  Attention energizes, intention transforms. Acknowledge this moment stay awake and focus on your intentions.
